1, E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer needs for the company’s overseas channel products; keep abreast of the latest international product information; allocate product resources based on existing assets; maintain product information; handle orders and related customer service.
2. Edit and upload products on the company’s self-operated platforms; extract key selling points; plan, implement, and complete product/store page marketing campaigns; continuously optimize products to improve conversion rates.
3. Plan, participate in, and execute promotional activities across sales platforms; maintain good communication with platform account managers; enhance channel account performance; increase brand awareness, user loyalty, and post-sales satisfaction.
4. Continuously update operational strategies for products, stores, and channels; research and analyze competitor products; summarize weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance to boost single-item and overall account sales.

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above with 1+ year of work experience; majors in English, E-commerce, International Trade, Marketing, or other language-related fields are preferred.
2、CET-4 or above; strong English reading and writing skills.
3、Experience with Amazon or similar cross-border e-commerce/trade platforms is preferred.
4、Willing to take on challenges; diligent, resilient, and able to work under pressure with strong perseverance.
5、Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and learning abilities.

2, Industrial Designer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct upfront research and analysis for home category product projects; independently design new products and redesigns.
2. Define product attributes based on design requirements, including appearance, materials, manufacturing processes, and colors.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of processes and structures; determine design direction and complete product design independently.
4. Assist the product development team with the delivery of downstream/supporting documentation.
5. Stay on top of industry information and market trends; adept at cross-disciplinary exploration to identify new concepts and forms.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or Visual Design; 3+ years of design experience.
2. Excellent sketching and visual presentation skills; sharp, agile thinking.
3. Proficient in at least one 3D design tool, one rendering tool, and one 2D drawing tool (e.g., Rhino, PS, AI, CDR, KeyShot); familiarity with C4D is a plus.
4. Strong design aesthetics and innovation ability; solid product form-giving fundamentals and keen insight.
5. Strong self-learning ability, meticulous, perseverant, and communicative.

3, Social Media Content Strategist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Create and plan content for the company’s social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), building a brand-centered content ecosystem/funnel.
2. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics; study the market and competitors’ content types across platforms and synthesize insights.
3. Produce content for the company’s DTC brand website; organize and coordinate asset sourcing, ideation, editing, and integration; manage publishing across brand channels.
4. Lead crowdfunding launches for core products in the North American market and all related activities (e.g., on Indiegogo).

Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in social media content planning/operations; familiarity with the European and U.S. markets is a plus.
2. Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Kuaishou, and other domestic/international social/short-video platforms; able to showcase past project results.
3. Strong creative planning and copywriting skills; capable of developing product-driven creative content that attracts target audiences.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above; English as a working language; familiarity with overseas cultural contexts; study experience in Europe/North America is preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills.
